I have compiled a list of frequently asked questions for your convenience. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to email me at grace@gracecheungschulman.com.
How do I shop for photo prints?
On the page of the image you are interested in, choose (1) Medium, (2) Size, then (3) Style. If you have chosen Framed Prints under Style, another window will open up for you to choose (4) Frame.
How do I choose print size?
Print sizes and dimensions for each image on offer have been chosen by me specifically appropriate for the image. It is however important to choose the size to suit the space where it will be hung. Remember, if you choose frame and mat for your print, the resulting size will be larger. To choose a picture size to hang on the wall of you living space, click on Wall Preview to estimate the size of photo to order. See the point below about Wall Preview.
What is Medium? How do I choose?
Medium is the surface that the photo will be printed on. We have a large selection of paper, canvas wrap, and metal print. Move your cursor over the medium of your choose, then click on the “?” Icon to read more details about it. These choices vary between very glossy like metal prints with prints that look very sharp, or textured as printed on canvas with the look of an oil painting. My printing house Bay Photo Lab offers a large variety of media. But I have narrowed down the selection to those that would fit the subject matter and style of the photo. But if you like to have something other than I have listed, you can always contact me to discuss your preference.
What are Styles?
Styles are the print finish. You can choose between just the print, with mat only, with frame (with or without mat), and “Standout.” Click on the “?” Icon to read more details about it. If you choose Framed Prints, another set of options (4) Frame would be opened for you to choose. Frames will come with acrylic that is 98% UV resistant.
What is Wall Preview?
On the image detail page, we have a tool called Wall Preview. Use that to visualize what your choose of image, size, and style will look like. Choose the setting such as living room, dining room or office. You can also choose the color of your wall and decor. It is a useful place to see what the medium, size, style, and frame you have chosen look like.
